Remote Senior Fullstack Developer, Identity Access Management

Description:

• The Senior Fullstack Developer will be responsible for building, shipping, testing, deploying, and maintaining Identity Access Management (IAM) features.
• They will develop scalable frontend and backend applications to support the business's growing needs.
• Responsibilities include reviewing pull requests, mentoring, advocating for high-quality code, scoping and planning projects, and collaborating with other developers.
• The role involves providing input on high-level architecture decisions, advocating for security and IAM best practices, and performing other duties as assigned by the company.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate is a passionate software engineer with a focus on producing high-quality work and leading projects.
• They should have a strong interest in IAM and Security, staying updated on evolving threats, technologies, and solutions.
• Experience with Ruby or Ruby on Rails, as well as working with Javascript or JS frameworks (React, Vue, AngularJS, Next, or similar) is required.
• Proficiency in CSS frameworks like Bootstrap and CSS preprocessors, writing tests, openness to learning and feedback, and understanding of design patterns and clean code are essential.
