Remote Senior Fullstack Engineer

Description:

• Arkestro is a rapidly-growing early-stage startup focused on transforming Procurement for global enterprises using machine learning, game theory, and behavioral science.
• The Senior Fullstack Engineer will join the Product team to scale the platform and deliver innovative capabilities to customers.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to design, build, and innovate the product.
• Technologies used include React, TypeScript, Ruby, Rails, Node, Postgres, AWS, and more.
• Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of Rails/Ruby, 4+ years of React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and 2+ years of AWS/Kubernetes experience.
• Bonus qualifications include experience in fast-paced environments, Google Suite, Jira, Confluence, and more.
• Responsibilities involve leading frontend and backend development, collaborating with QA engineers, working with product management, and participating in on-call rotations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Rails/Ruby experience.
• 4+ years of React, JavaScript/TypeScript, NextJS, CSS, and Figma experience.
• 2+ years of AWS and/or Kubernetes with Istio experience.
• Experience in fast-moving environments with on-call rotations and documented SLAs, SLOs, RPOs, and RTOs.
• Familiarity with Google Suite, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Fellow, Pagerduty, Datadog, Sendgrid, and Code Climate.
