Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of full-time software development experience, including proficiency in React.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in system design or architecture is required.
• A product mindset is essential, with a focus on understanding customer problems to build effective solutions.
• A solid background in algorithms and data structures is necessary.
• Experience with AI platforms and technologies, including generative models and LLMs, is required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are needed to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Previous startup experience or the ability to thrive in an unstructured environment is preferred.
• Experience with a B2B SaaS product, analytics, or tools for Finance teams is advantageous.
• An interest in Finance, particularly in FP&A, is important.
