Description:

Aker Systems is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer with expertise in React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript, who can also contribute to backend development using Java (Spring Boot) or Python.
The role involves building and optimizing frontend applications while integrating and managing backend services in a cloud-native environment.
Responsibilities include collaborating with product teams and architects to deliver scalable and reliable software.
The engineer will work with Docker for local development and deployment in cloud environments.
Troubleshooting and optimizing performance across frontend and backend components is a key part of the job.
The engineer will take ownership of features from development to deployment, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, Yarn, and NPM is required.
The ability to optimize UI/UX for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance is essential.
Understanding of microservices and event-based architecture is necessary.
Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized development is required.
Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message brokers like Kafka is preferred.
Experience integrating with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, MSK, and API Gateway is necessary.
Experience with backend development using Java (Spring Boot) or Python is preferred.
Candidates should have an interest in new technology and the ability to work with early-stage ideas.
