Description:
- Design and develop high-performance, scalable services in Go and user interfaces in JavaScript (React & Ember), driving critical workflows for customer engagement technology.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to implement features enhancing the platform and providing intuitive experiences for users.
- Lead the development lifecycle from technical design to deployment, ensuring reliability, maintainability, and performance at scale.
- Mentor peers, contribute to shared knowledge, and promote technical excellence within the team.
- Identify opportunities to improve backend services and frontend interfaces, creating user-friendly solutions.
- Influence product direction through technical insights and collaboration with others.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of full-stack development experience with a strong portfolio of web applications and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Experience in modern JavaScript frameworks, preferably Ember.js or React.
- Proficiency in backend technologies like Go, Java, Kotlin, or TypeScript.
- Experience designing and maintaining scalable APIs and services with relational or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, and tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong testing skills to ensure system stability and performance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed team environment with excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills to create elegant solutions for technical challenges.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring systems.
- Ability to influence product direction and provide technical insights for business value.
