The Senior Full Stack Engineer will drive the development and scaling of the core platform, creating innovative solutions for financial equity management.
Responsibilities include designing and developing scalable systems, innovating financial tools, optimizing performance, securing data, leading by example, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 7+ years of experience as a software engineer, with expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
A full-stack generalist with a backend focus is required, along with a passion for learning new languages and frameworks.
Experience in guiding and mentoring engineers to foster a collaborative team environment is essential.
Strong problem-solving skills are necessary for addressing complex challenges related to scaling, optimization, and performance.
Candidates should be adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity to innovate and lead.
A mission-driven mindset focused on building tools that empower people and improve financial well-being is crucial.
Additional experience with Infrastructure as Code and AI-powered tools, as well as familiarity with financial data and workflows, is preferred.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $260,000 a year.
