Remote Senior Fullstack Engineer, Engage Team

Description:

• Included Health is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer for the Engage Team, which focuses on enhancing member app experience and engagement.
• The role is remote and involves designing, creating, and maintaining fullstack systems that power member engagement.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with Product, Design, Frontend, Mobile, and Backend engineers to build solutions that help members engage in healthcare.
• The engineer will lead cross-functional technical projects and influence the product roadmap.
• Mentoring other engineers within the team is also a key responsibility.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have fullstack development experience, including the ability to create new services and integrate data into frontend user interfaces.
• Experience in designing and building user interfaces using single page application (SPA) frameworks such as Vue, React, or Angular is required.
• A strong desire to work collaboratively with a diverse range of colleagues is essential.
• Candidates should have a willingness to learn new technologies and stay updated with industry trends.
• A passion for improving healthcare through technology is necessary.
• Candidates must demonstrate ownership over the products they build and their long-term success.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a professional development environment is required.
