Description:

Included Health is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer for the Engage Team, which focuses on enhancing member app experience and engagement.
The role is remote and involves designing, creating, and maintaining fullstack systems that power member engagement.
Responsibilities include collaborating with Product, Design, Frontend, Mobile, and Backend engineers to build solutions that help members engage in healthcare.
The engineer will lead cross-functional technical projects and influence the product roadmap.
Mentoring other engineers within the team is also a key responsibility.

Requirements:

Candidates must have fullstack development experience, including the ability to create new services and integrate data into frontend user interfaces.
Experience in designing and building user interfaces using single page application (SPA) frameworks such as Vue, React, or Angular is required.
A strong desire to work collaboratively with a diverse range of colleagues is essential.
Candidates should have a willingness to learn new technologies and stay updated with industry trends.
A passion for improving healthcare through technology is necessary.
Candidates must demonstrate ownership over the products they build and their long-term success.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in a professional development environment is required.
