Remote Senior Fullstack Engineer, Flow Builder

Description:

• The Senior Fullstack Engineer will be part of the Flow Builder team at Postscript, responsible for designing, developing, and supporting the message orchestration platform.
• The role involves improving the current platform, adding new features, and enabling merchants to engage subscribers through conversational messaging.

• The stack includes React and Python (Flask), running on AWS services.
• The engineer will have autonomy to grow and directly impact customers by enhancing the platform experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6-8 years of professional software development experience is required.
• Experience in leading projects and successfully delivering end-to-end solutions.
• AWS experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in fast-paced development environments and with low latency, high throughput applications.
• Strong communication skills, a team player, and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Mentorship capabilities to support fellow engineers through code reviews, design reviews, and peer feedback.
