Remote Senior Fullstack Engineer for AI-driven LegalTech Platform

Description:

• Develop a state-of-the-art B2B SaaS product in an agile remote product & engineering team.
• Lead the engineering side of the product development process with close collaboration with product and design teams.
• Ensure component-based and test-driven development, providing direct feedback to clients about fixed bugs.
• Develop systematic code standards and documentation for quick onboarding of new engineers.
• Create architectural blueprints and data structures to ensure high code-quality and fast product evolution.
• Excel at working remotely with proactive, reliable, and empathetic communication.

Requirements:

• Hard skills required: React (5 years), Typescript and Jest (3 years), Elasticsearch (2 years), Javascript, Graphql, Serverless, Node.js, Storybook (bonus), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) / LLM (bonus), Clean Code mentality.
• Soft skills required: Break down complex tasks into deliverable output, positive attitude enabling collaboration, reliability, mentorship, and human sensitivity, commitment to customer-value, clear and structured communication, curiosity.
