Description:

We are looking for a person to join the role of Senior Fullstack Engineer in the Technology hub of a retail company with over 100 years in the Argentine market.
In recent years, they have hired over 110 people focusing on their core products (Marketplace, E-Commerce/Retail, Logistics, Fintech, and Branches).
Their strategic goal is to enhance and accelerate the business, consolidating their leadership in the industry through simple, innovative, scalable, and impactful technological products.
They aim to expand their business model as a Technology and Services company and implement products in other companies that can acquire, leverage, and accelerate their businesses through their solutions/platforms.
Currently, they are working on a new project for the design and architecture of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS) that will have several phases, starting with the stores across the country to improve the delivery experience and overall customer experience, and later impacting distribution centers.
This is a very ambitious project, and the team being assembled for this is completely new.

Requirements:

A minimum of 4 years of experience in similar positions is required.
Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or marketplace is valued.
Knowledge of software architectures is necessary.
The role involves collaborating in the definition, implementation, and adherence to standards and best practices.
You will manage the backlog and collaborate with the leader in prioritizing and refining technical stories.
You will assist in designing solution architectures and support the adoption of the technological stack.
You should recognize impediments to team efficiency (technical debt) and propose and implement solutions.
Interaction with the development, QA, and product teams is expected.

The hiring is direct with the company, not through a consultancy, and they offer an employment relationship in Argentine pesos.
The position includes annual bonuses and benefits.
This is an open search exclusively within the Republic of Argentina, and the day-to-day work will be remote.
