Description:

The Full Stack Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting, and debugging software programs for enhancements and new products.
The role involves developing software and tools in support of design, infrastructure, and technology platforms, including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases, cloud-based, and Internet-related tools.
The engineer will provide feedback on existing products and contribute to the design of new product features.
Responsibilities include building intuitive and highly scalable web applications using the Microsoft stack and constructing entire features across all layers (database, services, and Web UI).
The engineer will build responsive web applications that work across different screen sizes and test software development methodology in an agile environment.
Ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements in existing systems and platforms are also part of the role.
Collaboration with business users, project managers, and other engineers is essential to achieve elegant solutions.
The engineer will provide recommendations for continuous improvement and work alongside other engineers to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 6-9 years of programming experience for the Senior Full Stack Engineer position.
Technology expertise must include ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server, C#, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with building mobile applications using Xamarin or React Native is a plus.
Familiarity with Scrum/Agile development methodologies is a plus.
Risk management and insurance expertise is a plus but not required.
Prior experience with managing client product implementations is a plus.
