Oowlish is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a backend focus to join their team.
The role involves collaborating with clients from the United States and Europe to create innovative digital solutions.
The position is remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance.
Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining backend services using Node.js and Koa, building frontend components with React and TypeScript, and developing RESTful APIs.
The engineer will work with PostgreSQL for database design and optimization, participate in code reviews and architecture discussions, and contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript is required.
Extensive experience in building frontends using React is necessary.
Deep knowledge of Node.js and backend frameworks, specifically Koa, is essential.
Solid experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design is required.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a Linux environment for development and deployment.
Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API development is necessary.
Familiarity with testing tools and CI/CD pipelines, such as Jest, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI, is required.
