Description:
We are looking for a Senior Fullstack JavaScript Developer to join our team at lempire, a B2B SaaS company valued at $150 million.
You will be responsible for designing and developing new features for our SaaS products.
The role requires someone who is passionate, autonomous, and enjoys technical challenges.
Your main missions will include designing and developing new features from scratch on both the frontend and backend, independently enhancing user experience and product functionality.
You will step into the role of technical lead within your squad, driving excellence and setting standards.
You will improve the code base through refactoring, bug fixes, and optimization.
You will work on multiple projects simultaneously and assist the customer support team with technical issues, providing prompt and effective solutions.
You will facilitate knowledge sharing and capacity building by training fellow developers, enhancing overall team competency and productivity.
Within 3 months, you will have successfully onboarded, developed a deep understanding of our products, and contributed to new features and improvements.
Within 12 months, you will have played a key role in the development and delivery of multiple successful projects and made significant contributions to the optimization and scalability of our software products.
Requirements:
You must have at least 8 years of experience as an expert in JavaScript.
A proven track record in building and maintaining web applications is required.
You should have a robust understanding of NodeJS and MongoDB.
You must be able to work independently and take ownership of complex projects.
Being a fast learner is essential.
You should be comfortable with agile methodologies and enjoy communication.
You must be adaptable and willing to discover new things, capable of working on front-end integration, back-end development, MongoDB optimization, customer support, and more.
Fluency in both French and English is required, and you should be in the French timezone.
Nice to have skills include familiarity with MeteorJS, Mocha, PSQL, and prior experience in a B2B SaaS startup.
A self-taught background with personal projects is a plus, as we value passion for programming.
