The company is seeking a talented Senior Fullstack Engineer to join their team.
The project involves working with a venture-backed B2B eCommerce technology company that is transforming the $130 billion wholesale business.
Since 2011, the company has offered a platform that empowers brands and retailers to conduct their business in a smarter, modern, and more efficient way, entirely online.
The platform digitizes the buying process and currently partners with over 3,000 brands and 500,000 retailers across various verticals.
It provides a central place for browsing different products and catalogs, accessing up-to-the-minute sales and inventory data, and placing orders at any time, even via mobile.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of software development experience.
Strong knowledge of Node.js is required.
Familiarity with React is necessary.
Experience with test-driven development is essential.
The candidate should be a team player who enjoys collaborating, learning, and teaching.
A high level of motivation with a desire to learn and grow both personally and professionally is expected.
The ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion is crucial.
Experience with GCP and/or AWS, Bigtable, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Docker, and Kubernetes is required.
A good understanding of frontend and backend technologies and architecture, including RESTful API design, message-driven applications, micro-services, relational/non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, Mongo, BigTable), concurrency, scaling, big data, and security, is necessary.
