Requirements:

You should have 7+ years in software development, with 4+ years in full-stack roles using Python and modern frontend frameworks.
You must possess deep knowledge of Python, frontend frameworks (e.g., Vue, React), and web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
You should have competence with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORMs (e.g., SQLAlchemy).
You need proven leadership skills to lead projects and turn high-level requirements into tangible outcomes.
You should have hands-on experience with AI tools like GPT or Copilot, with a desire to explore and integrate new tools.
Strong communication skills and a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams are essential.
You must thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, be comfortable with rapid iterations, and be adaptable to changing requirements.
Familiarity with tools like Docker, and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI is a bonus.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $170,000 CAD, depending on experience.
