Description:

  • The company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer proficient in Node.js, React.js, Java, Go/Golang, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL to join their team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
  • The Senior Full Stack Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, ensuring top performance and user experience.
  • The role involves collaborating with designers, product managers, and engineers to enhance existing products and develop new features.
  • Candidates should be located in Canada and able to work within EST/EDT hours, with the option for fully remote, partially remote, or office-based work environments.
  • Responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code, integrating web applications with third-party services and APIs, leading initiatives, and mentoring junior developers.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience as a full stack developer.
  • Proficiency in React, Node.js, Java, and Go/Golang, along with backend web development technologies.
  • Familiarity with document-based and relational databases, Kubernetes, Docker, cloud services like GCP, Azure, or AWS, and serverless computing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, communication, collaboration, and experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices, with a track record of delivering high-quality software projects on time.
