As a FullStack Software Engineer, you will work within Quorum's Data development team, focusing on developing and maintaining data scrapers and spiders.
You will ensure the efficient, accurate, and reliable collection of data from online sources in line with agreed-upon SLAs with clients.
The role involves collaborating with engineering and product teams to design and launch new product features.
You will ship new code to production in your first week, write code across the stack in your first month, take ownership of features in your first six months, and help guide technical decisions in your first year.
The work environment is remote-first with flexible work options, including the option to work from the office in Belo Horizonte.

Requirements:

You must have 5+ years of work experience at a company that primarily produces software for end users.
Professional experience in JavaScript and front-end technologies like React is required.
You should have experience writing application code in backend languages such as .Net, Python, Java, Go, or Node.js.
Familiarity with relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle is necessary.
You should be familiar with SQL queries and the use of Object Relational Mapping frameworks like Django.
A strong desire to mentor others through code review is essential.
You should have a strong interest in learning new development languages and platforms.
Being a highly-motivated self-starter who can contribute from day one is important.
You should be an engaged learner, eager to expand your skills and solve challenging problems.
A desire to work in a fun environment and contribute to team efforts, including recruiting and customer support, is expected.
