Description:

Kueski is seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to create and support user-oriented software products.
The engineer will provide mentorship and support to other software engineers and collaborate with various teams to achieve team goals.
The role involves promoting technical excellence and helping the team thrive by making informed decisions and encouraging the improvement of practices.
The engineer will create products using various technologies and scale their performance through the cloud.
Responsibilities include supporting the team in designing and building high-quality systems that may involve multiple teams and iterations.
The engineer will collaborate with other teams to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with the technical vision.
Understanding the business to evaluate trade-offs and make informed decisions is essential, as well as identifying and fostering improvements in deliverables, practices, and processes.
The engineer will assist in the initial analysis of projects, help estimate medium to complex projects, and translate business requirements into technical requirements.

Requirements:

Professional experience with Ruby is required.
Strong technical experience in programming and understanding of good code elements is necessary.
Experience with microservices architecture is essential.
Understanding of software design patterns is required.
Fundamentals of relational databases are necessary.
Experience with at least one database engine is required.
Experience in the integration, design, and creation of APIs is necessary.
Experience in implementing and maintaining software products is required.
Experience in delivering solutions that require multiple iterations is essential.
The ability to balance business, product, and technology when making decisions is necessary.
Capability to transform requirements into functional software in production is required.
Advanced Spanish language skills, both oral and written, are mandatory.
