The Senior Software Engineer will set technical direction to scale product and infrastructure, drive complex projects, and mentor the engineering team.
The Cloud, Code, and Security (CCS) team focuses on customer-facing outcomes related to cloud-related data and compliance jobs.
The role involves leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders, designing and developing new product functionality using modern frameworks (TypeScript, React, Node.js), and contributing to Vanta's engineering culture.
Successful candidates will have experience with nascent teams, enjoy collaboration with product and design, and have a track record of launching greenfield projects.

Requirements:

Candidates must have prior experience working on nascent teams and establishing team culture, norms, and processes.
A willingness to engage with customers to understand their needs is essential.
Experience in launching greenfield projects with a focus on rapid iteration is required.
