Remote Senior Fullstack Software Engineer - Experiences Platform

Description:

• The Senior Fullstack Software Engineer will be part of the Experiences Platform team at CaptivateIQ, a leading sales commission platform.
• The role involves maintaining the core platform used by compensation admins to build and operate sales compensation models.
• Responsibilities include designing, building, optimizing, and maintaining data and core platform functionality.
• The engineer will work across the full product stack, participate in the product development process, and maintain high engineering and security standards.
• Collaboration with engineers across the company to develop and iterate at scale is essential.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in a software engineering role.
• Strong computer science fundamentals with knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience in both frontend and backend development.
• Proficiency in Django and React, as well as with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Demonstrated track record of taking responsibility and ownership over core product areas.
• Attention to detail, user-centric focus, and experience making data-driven decisions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience building a positive remote-first culture.
