Remote Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, Experiences Platform

Description:

• The Senior Fullstack Software Engineer will be responsible for maintaining the core platform used by compensation admins to build and operate sales compensation models in CaptivateIQ.
• The Experiences Platform team focuses on building reporting & workflow product experiences and the platform used by commission administrators and sales reps to maximize potential and company revenue.
• The role involves designing, building, optimizing, and maintaining CaptivateIQ's data and core platform functionality.
• The engineer will work across the full product stack, participate in the product development process, maintain high engineering and security standards, and collaborate with engineers across the company.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in a software engineering role.
• Strong computer science fundamentals including data structures/algorithms.
• Experience with both frontend and backend development.
• Proficiency with Django and React.
• Experience with a relational database such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Track record of taking responsibility and ownership over core product areas.
• Attention to detail and a user-centric focus.
• Experience making data-driven decisions on product and process.
• Experience building a positive remote-first culture.
