Remote Senior Fullstack Software Engineer

Description:

• Build a product used by cities, counties, and citizens across the US, serving as the primary workspace for government staff and a service access point for citizens.
• Impact an underserved industry by providing modern software solutions for effective and transparent government services.
• Experience the startup journey from zero to one as employee #7 and engineer #2.
• Solve technical challenges like building a workflow management system, enabling document review experiences, developing a document generation system, and creating a payments experience.
• Utilize RedwoodJS as the fullstack framework, React and TypeScript for the front-end, TypeScript with NodeJS for the back-end, and GraphQL for communication.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of fullstack development experience.
• Ability to own features end-to-end, translating Figma designs into modifications in the database setup, backend code, and frontend code.
• Strong product mindset with a focus on understanding customer journeys deeply.
• Willingness to respond quickly to customer feedback with feature updates.
• Motivated by making a positive impact in the world.
