Description:

XTM International is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Fullstack Software Engineer with expertise in Java and React.
The role involves designing and programming software, creating and modifying software elements, and developing software based on mathematical models and programming algorithms.
Responsibilities include selecting programming languages, determining information processing methods, checking software functionality, developing automatic verification systems, and preparing technical documentation.
The engineer will also be responsible for software administration, maintenance, and modernization, as well as preparing reports for management on completed tasks.
The position requires working UK business hours and participating in an on-call rotation.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of commercial experience in Java programming, particularly with the Spring framework, including Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
A strong understanding of Web Services (SOAP/REST) and integration techniques is required.
Solid knowledge of SQL and practical experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL, including ORM technologies like Hibernate, is essential.
Expertise in React and TypeScript is necessary.
Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code (IaC) is required.
Good knowledge of AWS services and hands-on experience with Kubernetes (k8s) for container orchestration is expected.
Candidates should be able to produce clean, high-quality code and have experience in designing software architectures for large-scale distributed systems.
Excellent communication skills are required for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
English skills sufficient to read technical documentation (minimum B2) are necessary.
Candidates must be able to work UK business hours and participate in an on-call rotation.
Nice to have skills include proficiency in Python, experience with NoSQL databases, familiarity with WebSockets, AngularJS, Redux Toolkit, Vite, knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, and exposure to monitoring and logging tools.
