Requirements:

• Candidates must have 6+ years of experience in full-stack web development using Node.js and Next.js, with a focus on designing and implementing scalable systems.
• Proven technical leadership skills and excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
• Strong skills in code review and best practice implementation are required.
• Candidates should possess strong collaboration and communication skills, as well as experience in performance tuning and optimization of Node.js and Next.js applications.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and a strong understanding of database design and optimization, particularly with SQL databases, is necessary.
