Description:

  • The Senior Fullstack Software Engineer will join the Treat Engineering team at Included Health to enhance healthcare experiences for members and clinicians.
  • Responsibilities include collaborating with Product Management and Design, developing a healthcare app with features like Provider matching, Telemedicine, Expert opinions, and medical claims advocacy.
  • The role involves leading the development of products, partnering with Product and Design teams, and focusing on application design, user experience, and testing.
  • The engineer will contribute to technical planning, full-stack web technology, system design, and feature development related to telemedicine experiences.
  • They will address issues, improve product reliability, identify technical debt, influence roadmap plans, and promote software engineering best practices.
  • Technologies used include Golang, React, TypeScript, NextJS, GraphQL, DJango, HL7, FHIR, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Python.

Requirements:

  • Excitement about being part of a growing high-performance team and experience leading a team of developers.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, first-principles thinking, and ability to engage in technical debates.
  • Strong technical expertise in building and maintaining consumer-grade web applications, with at least 6 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in full-stack web development, modern frontend frameworks, APIs, and backend services.
  • Strong programming skills, CS fundamentals, and a history of implementing reliable software.
  • Continuous learning mindset, openness to feedback, and eagerness to grow technically and non-technically.
