The new Senior Game Data Analyst will join a small experimentation team tasked with finding innovative ways to elevate popular games.
The role involves participating in all aspects of game development, from ideation to market testing of casual games.
The ideal candidate is passionate about data-driven decisions and transforming raw data into actionable business insights.
Requirements:
The candidate must have at least 3 years of analytical work experience in the gaming, tech, or a data-driven industry, with a proven track record of collaboration with product teams.
Proficiency in SQL and either R or Python is required, along with experience working with large and complex data sets.
A good knowledge of statistical analysis and concepts used in industry-standard methods such as AB testing or forecasting is necessary.
The candidate should be autonomous, possess a strong analytical mind, problem-solving skills, and have a keen attention to detail.
The ability to understand business problems and translate them into analytics/statistics problems to solve using appropriate methods is essential.
A highly pragmatic mindset is needed to quickly identify priorities and focus areas.
