The position is for a Senior Game Developer in the Live Studios team, specifically working on the game Coffee Pack.
This role can be fully remote within CET +/-2h or based in Tel Aviv.
The Live games team focuses on delivering higher engagement on existing successful games and collaborates with industry experts.
The new experimentation team aims to elevate existing hits and find innovative ways to entertain users.
The Senior Game Developer will participate in all aspects of development, from ideation to market testing of casual games.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and optimizing game features and systems using Unity and C#, collaborating with designers and artists, and owning work from implementation to debugging.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a creative and hacker mindset.
A minimum of 5 years of advanced Unity knowledge and professional game development experience, including scripting, animation, and optimization, is required.
Strong C# programming skills and an understanding of scalable code architecture are essential.
Experience with AI tools and agents is a plus.
Candidates should have experience in complex gameplay mechanics, AI systems, and custom tools development.
Skills in identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing optimizations, with a focus on memory management, frame rate stability, and reducing load times, are necessary.
Previous experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
Experience with analytics-driven development and A/B testing in live games is preferred.
A good sense of gameplay experience and attention to detail is required.
Proficiency in speaking and writing English is necessary.
A track record of successful mobile games is essential.
