The company is seeking a skilled and seasoned Senior Producer for an undisclosed project, reporting to the Head of Production.
The Senior Producer will oversee the project's completion, ensuring it meets the designated timeline, budget, and quality standards of both the studio and the client.
Responsibilities include leading a multidisciplinary team, overseeing timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to project scope, resolving discrepancies, communicating project progress, and promoting effective communication and teamwork.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in a production role managing cross-functional teams in project creation and delivery.
Expertise in common production methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and software tools (Jira, Shotgun, Excel, Project, Confluence, or equivalents) is required.
Excellent knowledge and solid experience using Jira in everyday work is essential.
A deep understanding of game development, software development processes, and project management practices is necessary.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, both personally and at the team level, are required.
Candidates should be self-starters who approach challenges creatively and methodically, seeing them through to resolution.
Active listening skills and data-driven decision-making are important.
A proactive attitude, professionalism, respectfulness, and approachability are essential traits.
