Description:

Devoted Studios is seeking a Senior Game Producer to lead and manage external game development projects from concept to completion.
This is a fully remote role, ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
The position involves overseeing both internal processes and external partnerships to ensure every milestone is met with precision, transparency, and excellence.
Responsibilities include owning the full project lifecycle, leading sprint planning and Agile rituals across multiple teams, managing roadmaps, delivery schedules, and resource estimates.
The Senior Game Producer will track project health with reports on status, budget, milestones, and retrospectives.
Regular communication with clients and vendors is essential to maintain satisfaction and transparency.
Collaboration with discipline leads (art, engineering, QA, etc.) is required to ensure alignment and quality.
The role also involves driving continuous improvement by identifying production inefficiencies and managing Jira boards.
Generating project reports, ensuring documentation meets brand standards, monitoring project P&L, and supporting talent scouting are also key responsibilities.
The position is open to candidates in Latin America and Canada.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in full-cycle game production.
The ability to lead distributed or remote teams is essential.
A deep understanding of game development pipelines, including engineering workflows, is required.
Strong proficiency with Jira and Agile methodologies is necessary.
A successful track record of launching projects on time and within budget is expected.
Experience managing client and vendor relationships is important.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
Candidates should be comfortable creating documentation, KPIs, and clear action plans.
Scrum certification is a plus.
An upper-intermediate or higher level of English is required.
Candidates should be highly proactive, accountable, and collaborative.
