Description:

  • Unchained Entertainment is seeking a Senior Gameplay Engineer to contribute to the development of Camelot Unchained.
  • The role involves working on server code to implement features like combat, crafting, and guilds.
  • The position may also involve working on client code to expose these features to users.
  • The focus is on implementing gameplay features, leaving engine development and UI polish to other team members.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in C++, C#, or Java is required for this position.
  • The ideal candidate should be an avid gamer, particularly of MMORPGs.
  • Strong skills in data structures and algorithms are necessary.
  • A broad understanding of game systems such as combat, physics, and pathfinding is essential.
  • Knowledge of network programming considerations is a must.
