Jobgether is seeking a passionate and innovative Senior Gen AI Software Engineer to drive the development of cutting-edge generative AI solutions in Canada.
The role involves architecting intelligent agents and scalable systems to automate workflows across various business functions such as sales, finance, and customer success.
Responsibilities include designing and deploying enterprise-grade AI agents, rapidly prototyping generative AI use cases, and partnering with internal stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into daily operations.
The engineer will build reliable systems with strong guardrails for handling AI-generated output variability and develop robust evaluation frameworks to track model performance.
Continuous improvement of AI prompting strategies through experimentation and iteration is expected, along with leading innovations in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
The position also involves sharing learnings, mentoring team members, and championing best practices in AI software engineering.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience are required.
Strong Python skills and a proven track record in building 0–1 software products are essential.
Experience in developing AI-powered agents in business domains such as sales or support is necessary.
Proficiency in designing prompt strategies, including prompt tuning and multi-agent systems, is required.
Candidates should have experience implementing human-in-the-loop systems and evaluation pipelines for generative AI products.
The ability to navigate ambiguity and make fast, informed technical decisions is crucial.
A deep understanding of LLM capabilities and enthusiasm for pushing generative AI boundaries is expected.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, along with a growth-oriented mindset, are essential for this role.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from CAD 120,000 to 180,000 base, plus a bonus.
