Jobgether is seeking a Senior Gen AI Software Engineer to work remotely in Canada.

Requirements:

A minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Hands-on experience with autonomous Gen AI agents in business functions such as sales or customer support is necessary.
Expertise in multi-agent systems, task decomposition, and developing evaluation frameworks for Gen AI products is required.
Proficiency in prompt engineering and optimizing AI models through iterative experimentation is essential.
The ability to handle ambiguity, make quick decisions, and adapt strategies as new information emerges is crucial.
Strong communication skills are needed to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
