Remote Senior Golang Backend Developer (Freelance, Remote)

Description:

• The Senior Golang Developer will be responsible for managing data interchange between users and servers at SPACE44.
• Duties include designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Golang applications, optimizing database performance, and integrating front-end elements.
• Responsibilities also involve collaborating with teams to analyze problems, writing clean and scalable Go code, conducting tests, and identifying performance bottlenecks.
• The role requires staying updated on the latest developments in Golang and related technologies, as well as iterating on applications post-deployment based on feedback.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Golang development with expertise in frameworks like Gorilla and GORM.
• Proficiency in designing and building scalable server-side applications, software development lifecycle best practices, and web development processes.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, RESTful APIs, JSON, gRPC, Docker, Kubernetes, relational and NoSQL databases, front-end technologies, and Agile methodology.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
