Description:

We are looking for an experienced Golang Software Engineer to join the N2P Messaging Team within our flagship product – Net2Phone.
This position involves working on a high-performance messaging platform for real-time communication and integration with external messaging applications.
The role is part of a global B2B solution that demonstrates Golang’s strengths in building secure, scalable, and reliable communication platforms for enterprise needs.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems and services.
You will collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code is essential.
You will provide documentation for the delivered features and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Ensuring the security and integrity of applications is a key responsibility.
Troubleshooting and debugging issues as they arise is expected.
You will drive technical excellence and tech debt reduction while staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2+ years of production experience in Golang is required.
Experience with AWS or other cloud services is necessary, along with an understanding of modern design patterns and proven experience applying them.
You should have experience in designing and maintaining complex systems and working with microservices.
Strong problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
Experience with NoSQL/SQL databases is required.
Knowledge and experience with Docker, Git, and Jenkins are necessary.
Good communication skills and the ability to work as a team player are important.
A good level of English, specifically B2 or higher, is required.
