Description:

The Senior Graphic / Web Designer will develop and design visual content for various mediums, including digital and print materials, social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, and websites.
The role involves working on branding projects, including logo design, brand guidelines, and visual identity development to ensure consistency across all client materials.
Collaboration with project managers, marketers, and other designers is essential to brainstorm and execute creative concepts that align with project goals and client objectives.
Participation in client meetings and presentations is required to understand their needs, provide design insights, and incorporate feedback into final designs.
The designer must ensure all designs adhere to brand standards and project requirements, conducting thorough reviews to maintain high quality and accuracy.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques is necessary to continuously improve design skills and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience is required, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in various design projects.
Proficiency in design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is essential.
Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles is necessary.
Experience with web design and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities are required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is necessary.
The candidate must be detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Adaptability and openness to feedback and collaboration are important traits for the position.
Experience with motion design or animation is a nice-to-have qualification.
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles is also a nice-to-have qualification.

The salary for this position is USD $2,800 per month.
It is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday to Friday during business hours (ET, CST, or PST).
