Your analytical expertise will be crucial in optimizing acquisition strategies, designing and executing impactful growth experiments, and building scalable growth analytics systems.
Conduct deep-dive analysis of various growth initiatives, including influencer marketing performance, Google Ads optimization, and new market penetration strategies.
Design, implement, and analyze growth experiments focused on increasing activations, improving retention, and reducing costs.
Automate and maintain comprehensive reporting systems using Looker, Python, and the Data Warehouse to enable real-time decision-making.

Requirements:

Strong business understanding with the ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
A background in STEM and proficiency in Looker, SQL, and preferably Python is highly beneficial.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or a related field, with a proven track record of driving growth through data analysis and experimentation.
