The Growth Data Analyst will join a talented team of data analysts, providing key insights to support strategic decisions across the company.
The role involves monitoring performance, building monitoring tools, and providing self-service analytics to understand client acquisition metrics.
The analyst will work closely with the growth department to influence strategies for Qonto's expansion in the European market.
Responsibilities include monitoring performance, conducting in-depth analyses, performing ad hoc analyses, developing self-service analytics tools, collaborating with stakeholders, and advocating for best practices in data analysis.
Requirements:
Candidates should have a strong background in growth analytics, particularly in onboarding or website analytics, with a preference for experience in fintech or B2B.
Mastery in root cause analysis, impact measurement, and providing actionable recommendations based on data insights is essential.
Strong business sense is required to challenge and define the business value of projects and inform analysis and recommendations.
Candidates must possess strong relationship-building skills with partners and stakeholders.
Experience in building interactive dashboards and selecting appropriate visualizations is necessary, along with an understanding of user interface and user experience principles.
Familiarity with tools such as Python, SQL, and Tableau (or similar dashboarding tools) is expected, with a willingness to learn new tools.
A statistical background is a plus, as is the ability to differentiate anomalies in data from statistical noise.
Other desired traits include accountability, energy, a hands-on mindset, and the ability to frame problems sharply.
