Requirements:

• You must have 5+ years of professional software experience.
• You should be driven and motivated by growth engineering and experimentation as a practice.
• You need to have generated and executed product experiments that drove significant scale in users and revenue, as part of a company that scaled from 10 to 100m+ active users.
• You should have driven technical tooling and process around experimentation.
• An ownership mindset is required; you must be comfortable with both responsibility and accountability.
• You should be excited to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
• You need to be thoughtful about creating and maintaining a world-class engineering culture.
• You must work well in teams and enjoy collaborating with engineers, designers, and product teams.
• You should enjoy working in a pair programming environment.
• A passion for education and a desire to impact tens of millions of kids' lives with your work is essential.
• You must live and work in the Americas timezones.

• Salary ranges for the position are competitive, with specific ranges based on geographic location and experience: $171,500 - $244,000 (USD) for CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT states and $146,000 - $207,500 (USD) for all other states in the US.
