Remote Senior Growth Engineer (SEO & Performance)

Description:

• Join the Growth team at Remote, responsible for developing and maintaining the public-facing website.
• Work with React, Next.js, Elixir, Phoenix, Postgres, GitLab, and AWS technologies.
• Implement SEO best practices and optimize frontend performance for search engine rankings and user experience.
• Conduct performance audits, stay updated on latest trends, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements:

• Frontend Engineer experience with feature-rich software projects.
• Proficiency in React, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and web performance optimization.
• Experience with third-party APIs and transforming abstract concepts into software.
• Ability to work independently, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Experience with Sales and Marketing teams is a plus.
