Description:
Webflow is seeking a Senior GTM Data Analyst to support analyses of both PLG and sales businesses, contributing to top-line financial forecasts and providing actionable insights to Go-to-Market (GTM) teams.
This role will be remote-first, available to candidates in the United States and parts of Canada, and is a full-time, permanent, exempt position.
The cash compensation for this role varies based on geographic location, with specific pay zones outlined for the United States: Zone A ($121,000 - $164,000), Zone B ($114,000 - $154,000), and Zone C ($107,000 - $144,500).
The Senior Data Analyst will report to the Director of Finance, GTM.
Responsibilities include analyzing complex datasets, developing predictive models for revenue outcomes, utilizing various data and visualization tools, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders for root cause analysis.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in data analytics or a relevant field, demonstrating high-quality, reproducible analysis and a strong understanding of SaaS and product-led growth (PLG) business metrics.
Proficiency in SQL for large data manipulation and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Snowsight, or Hex is required; familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
Exceptional analytical skills are necessary to interpret trends and provide actionable recommendations that influence business strategy.
The ideal candidate should be a proven collaborator and self-starter, with a history of empowering business stakeholders through diagnostic and descriptive analysis for data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication skills are essential for presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment is crucial.
