Description:

Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Health Data Analyst for the Data Onboarding Team for Veeva Compass, focusing on delivering quality data in their suite of Compass data products.
The role involves onboarding health data sources and understanding how supplier data impacts the data network.
Responsibilities include owning analytics for new data, identifying product improvements, and supporting quality metrics for onboarded data.
The analyst will work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Customer Success Managers, Engineers, and QA to enhance data quality and drive product excellence.
Key tasks include bringing on new health data suppliers, understanding the data network, building standard templates for data onboarding, and establishing quality metrics with dashboards.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of experience analyzing prescription data and medical claims data.
Advanced SQL skills are required to query and manipulate relational databases.
Knowledge of industry-standard billing codes such as ICD, CPT/HCPCS, and NDC is necessary.
Experience in documenting and presenting analytics results to stakeholders is essential.
Candidates should have experience defining KPIs and building dashboards to measure success.
Nice to have skills include experience in Python, expertise in lab data, and experience in enterprise products.
