Description:
Clutch is a vertical SaaS company that aims to transform lending for financial institutions in the United States to improve the financial well-being of consumers.
The company develops software to empower credit unions to operate as fintech lenders and provide lower-cost loans to over 130 million Americans.
As a Senior Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the implementation process for Clutch's customers to ensure long-term success on the platform.
You will lead and architect the technical vision for large enterprise customers, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and troubleshoot Clutch solutions in various client environments.
The role requires strong communication skills, technical background, and the ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive design, configuration, and delivery of Clutch's platform.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead meetings with customers.
Background in Computer Science or strong technical training.
2+ years of experience integrating with web APIs, familiarity with modern web frameworks like React and Node.js is a plus.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies, understand complex systems, and troubleshoot problems autonomously.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including python, javascript, typescript, json, github, and terminal.
Superior time management skills to handle multiple external customers simultaneously.
