Remote Senior Implementation Engineer

Description:

• Clutch is a vertical SaaS company that aims to transform lending for financial institutions in the United States to improve the financial well-being of consumers.
• The company develops software to empower credit unions to operate as fintech lenders and provide lower-cost loans to over 130 million Americans.
• As a Senior Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the implementation process for Clutch's customers to ensure long-term success on the platform.
• You will lead and architect the technical vision for large enterprise customers, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and troubleshoot Clutch solutions in various client environments.
• The role requires strong communication skills, technical background, and the ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive design, configuration, and delivery of Clutch's platform.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead meetings with customers.
• Background in Computer Science or strong technical training.
• 2+ years of experience integrating with web APIs, familiarity with modern web frameworks like React and Node.js is a plus.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, understand complex systems, and troubleshoot problems autonomously.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including python, javascript, typescript, json, github, and terminal.
• Superior time management skills to handle multiple external customers simultaneously.
