Remote Senior Infrastructure Engineer, Cloud Platform

Description:

• ClickUp is seeking a driven and innovative Senior Infrastructure Engineer for their Cloud Platform team.
• The primary role involves managing the stability of ClickUp's globally distributed and cloud-based infrastructure that supports millions of users daily.
• Responsibilities include designing and building cloud compute platforms, essential cloud building blocks, and tools to empower ClickUp engineers to build, deploy, and operate services safely and efficiently.
• The engineer will partner with SRE and security teams to implement reliability, scalability, efficiency, and security guardrails with best practices.
• Ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of the Cloud Platform is a key responsibility.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in large-scale distributed systems within the Infrastructure and Cloud space, particularly in the computing foundation field.
• Experience in developing and operating large-scale compute infrastructure, including AWS EC2, GCP GCE, and Azure VM, is required.
• Proficiency in public cloud, containerization, and Linux is necessary.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
