Remote Senior Infrastructure Engineer, Cloud Platform

Description:

• ClickUp is seeking a driven and innovative Senior Infrastructure Engineer for the Cloud Platform team.
• The primary role involves managing the stability of ClickUp's globally distributed and cloud-based infrastructure that supports millions of users daily.
• Responsibilities include designing and building the cloud compute platform, essential cloud building blocks, and tools to empower ClickUp engineers in building, deploying, and operating services safely and efficiently.
• The engineer will partner with SRE and security teams to implement reliability, scalability, efficiency, and security guardrails with best practices integrated.
• Ensuring the Cloud Platform's high availability, reliability, and performance is a key aspect of the role.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in large-scale distributed systems within the Infrastructure and Cloud space, particularly in the computing foundation field.
• Experience in developing and operating large-scale compute infrastructure is required, including but not limited to AWS EC2, GCP GCE, and Azure VM.
• Proficiency in working with public cloud, containerization, and Linux is necessary.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential for this position.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
