As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will own significant components of Caldera's core infrastructure and architect backend systems for smooth operation.
You will improve the DevOps pipeline for reliable and secure deployment of Caldera chains and enhance the reliability of our infrastructure through observability improvements.
The role also includes maintaining and enhancing the security posture of our cloud infrastructure, focusing on AWS and Kubernetes security.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of engineering experience.
Experience in writing backend services in Go or Typescript is required.
Proficiency with cloud technologies, especially Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Helm is necessary.
Hands-on experience with cloud/infrastructure providers, including AWS, Vercel, and Cloudflare is essential.
A keen eye for security and a solid understanding of threat modeling and secure system architecture are required.
Candidates should be confident in performance optimization and identifying bottlenecks and scalability concerns.
Familiarity with observability tools like Grafana or Datadog is expected.
