Description:
The Senior Integration Engineer at VERB will be responsible for developing API services for the company's enterprise products.
They will work closely with stakeholders to translate client requests into technical solutions.
The role involves collaborating with third-party web service providers to create reusable integrations.
The engineer will need to identify and utilize software design patterns and build reusable code and libraries.
They will document and demonstrate solutions through various methods and optimize applications for scalability and performance.
Debugging complex issues across multiple systems and vendors will be a key responsibility.
Adherence to internal workflow and development standards is essential.
The engineer will collaborate with team members and stakeholders, providing clear communication and support.

Requirements:
10+ years of experience with PHP frameworks is required for this position.
A post-secondary education in computer science or equivalent experience is necessary.
Experience with LAMP-stack technologies and the Symfony PHP framework or similar MVC frameworks is essential.
Familiarity with modern PHP development practices and tools, including PHP7+ and Composer, is a must.
Proficiency in API development tools such as Postman, SoapUI, Swagger/OpenAPI is required.
Knowledge of OWASP best practices and CI processes, including automated testing, is necessary.
Familiarity with web infrastructure technologies like SSL and DNS is expected.
Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git and Gitlab, is essential.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required.
