Remote Senior iOS Developer (E-Wallet Product, Fully Remote)

Description:

• The position is for a Senior iOS Developer focused on the development of innovative mobile wallet applications.
• The role is fully remote, but candidates must be based in Greece and hold a valid EU Work Permit.
• The developer will report to the CTO and work within a dedicated team to enhance features related to secure digital identities and mobile driving licenses.
• Responsibilities include designing and building advanced applications for the iOS platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers, conducting thorough unit and UI tests, staying updated with technology trends, and evaluating new technologies for development efficiency.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Candidates must have 6+ years of experience as an iOS Developer with a focus on delivering high-quality applications.
• Proficiency in Swift and familiarity with Objective-C is necessary.
• Experience with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services is required.
• Familiarity with iOS design principles, patterns, and best practices is essential.
• A solid understanding of mobile app security principles is needed.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, is required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset are necessary.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role.
