Description:

The Senior iOS Engineer will work on maintaining and improving the mobile platform architecture, collaborating with other Product Engineering teams to develop user-facing products and features.
Responsibilities include developing software solutions for medium to large-scale projects, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance, leading complex projects, collaborating with product managers and designers, improving engineering velocity, diagnosing quality issues, driving data-driven decision-making, promoting excellence in engineering process & culture, mentoring peers, and evaluating engineering candidates.
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of professional iOS experience, deep technical knowledge of the iOS development ecosystem, expertise in Swift and SwiftUI, ability to work independently, familiarity with REST APIs, standard tools like GitHub and Apple App Store, and essential people skills like focusing on business impact, strong communication, self-starting attitude, and a love for teaching and learning.
Requirements:
5+ years of professional experience with iOS in a fast-moving team setting.
Deep technical knowledge of the iOS development ecosystem, standard architectural patterns, Swift, and SwiftUI.
Ability to work independently with little guidance and know when to ask for help.
Comfortable with consuming REST APIs and using standard tools like GitHub, Apple App Store, and analytics/logging tools.
Limited understanding of legacy iOS technologies like UIKIt, storyboards, Objective-C, or RxSwift.
Familiarity with modern cloud-based web architectures is a plus.
