Description:
Gorilla Logic is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer (iOS) to join their team, focusing on developing mobile applications for clients.
The role requires collaboration with a team of engineers to design and develop mobile applications, new features, and web services.
Responsibilities include developing mobile application test suites to enhance quality, reliability, and resiliency.
The engineer will utilize a diverse set of tools to address complex problems related to speech recognition, machine learning, audio processing, and user experience.
The position involves working with enterprise tools such as MDM and Identity Management platforms.
The engineer will target iOS, Android, and server-side platforms built in Java, Python, C/C++, or similar languages.
Responsibilities also include implementing and designing UX/UI solutions, incorporating APIs and third-party libraries, and optimizing mobile application performance.
The role requires working with agile teams to develop software that incorporates customer feedback and delivers continuous incremental improvement.
The engineer will be expected to learn new technologies as needed to address evolving challenges and seize opportunities.
Collaboration with team members to design, develop, and implement software releases is essential.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience developing mobile applications.
Proficiency in designing and developing mobile applications using Swift, Objective-C, Java, and Kotlin is required.
Experience with automated testing of mobile application features and functionality is necessary.
Candidates should be experienced on Windows or Mac, Linux, iOS, and Android platforms.
Familiarity with Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Store is essential.
The ability to juggle multiple projects effectively and communicate effectively to build interpersonal relationships is required.
Contribution to code reviews is expected.
A passion for learning new technologies is important.
