Description:

The Senior IT Security Engineer will be a key member of the corporate IT and Security team, responsible for configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting various IT and Security SaaS platforms.
The role involves implementing best practices to harden platforms and endpoint environments, ensuring high levels of security and integrity across systems.
Key responsibilities include maintaining and improving SaaS applications, automating lifecycle management, reviewing network security, streamlining operational workflows, administering user accounts, collaborating on security initiatives, supporting compliance audits, providing remote IT support, researching new technologies, and developing technical documentation.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
Candidates must have 14+ years of relevant experience, with at least 8+ years in advanced IT, DevOps, or Security Engineering roles.
Proven experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, including familiarity with protocols like SAML, OIDC, and SCIM is necessary.
Strong experience with security technologies such as Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and VPN/Proxy services is required.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS and GCP, along with Kubernetes, is essential.
Proficiency in using Mobile Device Management platforms like JAMF for macOS and iOS device management is needed.
A solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing, DNS, VPNs, and network Access Control Lists (ACLs) is required.
Candidates should have programming and automation skills with tools like Terraform, Ansible, Bash, and Python.
The ability to work independently in a remote environment with a proactive mindset is essential.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills are necessary.
